Tim Larson

Principal, DHS

Tim Larson has been with the Dallas School District for 25 years, beginning his career as a special education teacher and coach. He later served as assistant principal at LaCreole Middle School and then as athletic director before stepping into his current role as principal of Dallas High School, now in his second year. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Tim appreciates the strong community support for students, extracurricular activities, and staff. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and riding motorcycles.

Shannon Ritter

Assistant Principal, DHS

Shannon Ritter has dedicated 15 years to education, starting as an English Teacher before progressing to roles such as Instructional Coach and Curriculum Assistant Principal. Originally from Salem, Oregon, Shannon values the district's commitment to community and collaboration, embracing the motto, “I matter, you matter, we matter.” Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with family outdoors, especially in rivers and forests.
